Our organization was working with another 3rd party Cobra company that was not able to serve our needs to our Spanish speaking employees. The enrollment materials they sent to our employees were in English. Thus, we spent many hours reviewing the materials with our former employees to explain the Cobra information.
Besides the excellent and prompt customer service they offer, OS1 was able to provide our Spanish speaking employees with COBRA and Initial Rights notification information in Spanish and offer customer service support in Spanish. Rather than spend the time explaining the process to our former employees, we refer them directly over to OS1 to handle their COBRA needs.
Our company spends little to no time managing our COBRA. OS1 has provided the necessary support needed for our company to stay in compliance. We truly appreciate their support and service.
