Electronic Delivery of COBRA Notices


The release of the new COBRA regulations has re-ignited the debate over whether or not COBRA notices of various types should be sent electronically.


The law clearly allows it. Electronic notices can be sent to either workplace sites or non-workplaces sites, even for employees not located at the workplace, if they have access to the employers information system or email.

Roll Out of WebOne Version 5.0 is a Success

The new version includes an enhanced login process that eliminates the use of participants’ social security numbers as login identifiers.
