OutsourceOne's Back Room Adds 40,000 Lives   

OutsourceOne's back room services (BPO) is off to a big start in 2012 with more than 40,000 additional lives added for administration and customer service in January alone.  The BPO continues to expand in OutsourceOne's Minneapolis headquarters, and staff is being added to accommodate the expansion. In addition, OutsourceOne  is welcoming a new Call Center Manager, Timothy Nolan, to the BPO and service center.  Timothy brings twenty years of experience in managing an extended hours call center and driving administrative process improvements.

OutsourceOne is pleased to Announce a new RVP of Sales

Scott Casey joined OutsourceOne on January 1, 2012 and serves as RVP of sales, covering the Mid Atlantic and South East United States. In his role, Scott focuses on sales and business development through strategic relationships with insurance brokers, consultants, insurance carriers and other distribution partners. Scott is also actively engaged in managing on going client relationships. Before joining OS1, Scott served as RVP for Nippon life. Prior to that Scott was a leading producer for SRC/Aetna for their limited medical division. 


Scott has a B.A. in economics from Emory and Henry College and an M.B.A. from Shenandoah University. 


Scott resides in Atlanta with his wife, Kim, and their 3 daughters.
