WebOne is a comprehensive online benefits
administration tool created, hosted, and maintained

with benefits administration.
Features
At A Glance
- Employee
Self-Service
- Eligible employees can enroll in their benefit plans,
update their contact, dependent, and beneficiary information,
view/print election summaries, view/print total compensation
statements, view/print SPD's, search for a network
physician, look up FSA and self-funded medical claims
online, and access an assortment of company related
information such as a directory, corporate calendar
& news, holiday schedule, corporate mission statement,
and many other categories.
- HR
Administrator Self-Service - Adding a new hire
to the benefit programs with WebOne
is quick and easy. The Administrator logs into their
Self-Service module and enters some basic information
about the employee, then selects the plans from the
pre-built drop-down menus that are available to that
employee. When plan assignment is completed, the administrator
instructs the new hire to log into the Employee Self-Service
module to complete their personal information and
make their benefit elections.
-
Integrated Electronic Data Management
- OutsourceOne stores all of the Employer
plan data and Employee election and update data in
one central, secure database. This allows for timely
and accurate electronic data transfer (EDI) to all
pertinent carrier, vendor, and client IT systems.
Also, a host of reports are readily available for
management's review to facilitate up to the minute
decision-making.
- Integrated
Benefits Administration - In addition to online
enrollment and self-service, Employers can elect to
have OutsourceOne execute COBRA/HIPAA,
Flexible Spending Account, and Employee Service Center
(Call Center) Administration. All of these services
are tied to the WebOne system and are available under
one roof. This effectively eliminates much of the
confusion, duplication of systems, and vendor management
required when these administrative responsibilities
are held by several different parties.
